GDE Executive Search Service™: Our 13 step scientific and comprehensive full cycle Search service shifts the power back into your hands. We conduct a targeted search to the best possible “FIT” using the 3 fundamental pillars of Skills, Geographical, and Corporate Cultural.

Job Evaluation and Analysis Service: We will break down each component of the job, analyze current, past and future working procedures and tasks and give our clients a view from 5000 feet on what type of individual would succeed or perform well in that role. We also offer JET Services and will construct job descriptions for each of your corporate positions. This activity is best suited for unbiased analysis which gives the company valid usable data without old notions and biased views of the working culture. GDE Source recommends that our JET team revisit your job descriptions every 2 years to aid in propelling the company forward.
